Leann Proud has seen a few things in her many years in HR. That experience, coupled with her depth of understanding and breadth of knowledge, make her an invaluable partner for your business. She is known for her accessibility and flexibility in working with diverse clients, often in challenging situations.

Leann has managed HR compliance and administration for companies in various industries, for clients big and small, startup to multinational. Her expertise includes mergers and acquisitions, as well as company wind-downs. She is always ahead of the curve when it comes to ever-changing local, state and federal labor laws.

A generalist with expertise in all aspects of human resources, Leann has gained experience as an HR manager for PlanetID and dotBank, a recruiter for DTI and The Good Guys, a benefits administrator for the Coca Cola Bottling Co. and RCA Services Co., and an HR director and practice manager for Greenough Consulting Group.


 
 

Joseph Dierking

Joseph Dierking has an operational focus when it comes to human resources, and a proven versatility to adapt and implement new policies and procedures with an eye toward efficiency, efficacy and confidentiality. His goal is to take care of the time-consuming work of HR and business operations, leaving management and executive teams to do what they do best: grow their companies and perfect their products.

With more than 10 years spent in and around Silicon Valley startups, Joseph brings a pragmatic, process-driven approach to high-stress, under-resourced companies to help them achieve success. He has worked in myriad industries, such as medical devices, EdTech, B2B and B2C SaaS, and venture capital, developing a diverse skill set that includes HR, legal, finance, regulatory compliance and general business operations. Briana Lenz

Briana Lenz specializes in handling people operations and recruiting for tech startups, with a focus on building and retaining teams via customer-first candidate and employee experiences. As a trusted, strategic adviser, she partners closely with executive leadership to deliver human capital solutions that meet business needs.

Nearly a decade serving companies in Silicon Valley has earned Briana a reputation for helping to successfully grow organizations on the people side. She has served in human resource and operations roles for companies including Elation Health, Reputation.com, Kontagent and Huddler.com, including managing HR, finance and operations functions during acquisition and transition. Her HR and recruiting skills include HRIS selection and rollout, payroll and benefits optimization, employee surveys, management training, compliance and risk mitigation, employee relations, recruiting skills, ATS selection and rollout, employer branding, candidate experience design, sourcing and referral campaigns, and interview training.


Tiffanie Ryan

With a concentration on training and development, Tiffanie Ryan is all about providing the best human resource solutions for our clients. Her seven years in the HR industry include working with start-ups, helping form their businesses from the ground-up, as well as servicing established businesses across industries.

Always willing to roll up her sleeves to do what needs to be done, Tiffanie is as tenacious as she is thorough. Her background includes work in IT and security for clients; she regularly administers cyber-security and data-protection training. Additionally, her specialties include employment lifecycle management, employment policy design and implementation, benefits design and administration, human resource systems design and implementation, crisis management, performance management, employment and immigration law management, payroll implementation, and stock administration.

Tiffanie holds a BS in business with a concentration in human resource management from the University of Phoenix.


Emilie King

Brings expertise in communications management to her human resources work. Emilie sees herself as a bridge between employees and employers, helping each to understand their roles and responsibilities in the overall business. Her professional focus is on people operations and organizational change.

Emilie has experience recruiting and hiring for companies such as Starbucks, and she is a well-respected recruiter. She also has a particular interest in crisis management, helping companies navigate challenging situations from an HR perspective.


Rose Nemet

Rose Nemet loves jumping into the deep end and finding creative solutions for everyday HR problems. Drawing on her background in advocacy, political campaigns and legislative work, Rose’s experience includes building HR functions from the ground up, working with senior leaders to make good choices, and creative problem-solving with diverse teams.

 Rose has put her human resources expertise to work as director of global human resources for Energy Recovery Inc. and head of people operations for Filld Inc. Specializing in coaching, mentorship, change management, training and workforce development, Rose has a particular interest in technology-space startups — or companies that act like startups. She is also co-founder and managing partner of an award-winning boutique family winery.

 


Jessica Robinson

Jessica Robinson is an HR generalist, with particular expertise in the financial services, medical software and artificial intelligence industries. Bringing a project manager’s mindset to the practice of human resources, Jessica assists both startups and established companies with recruiting and staffing, office management, onboarding and offboarding, payroll, insurance, and state compliance regulations. She has expertise in various HR software programs, as well as 401(k) and benefits administration.
